Little Bites Introduction
The owner, A-Que, plunged into the world of coffee during his university years. He was not only a member of the National Chiayi University Coffee Club but also served as its second president. After graduating, he embarked on a "217-day stall journey" to gather reputation and capital for opening a shop. He later found the current location on Guangcai Street and officially opened under the name "Xiaokoupin." The glass window states, "Though the seats are few, the coffee is excellent," which is simple and heartfelt. A-Que speaks little, but his tone is steadfast and sincere; he expressed that the philosophy behind opening this shop is to convey "Taste the life." Many of the hand-drawn decorations and arrangements in the shop come from his partner, Guo-Guo, who has a healing charm in her speech. The two have complementary personalities, working seamlessly together. The coffee scene in Chiayi is vibrant, and although A-Que is low-key, his coffee skills are well-regarded, attracting a loyal customer base who have been following him since his stall days. Many visit Xiaokoupin almost daily as part of their daily ritual. If fortunate enough to taste A-Que's "Chiayi Special - Nannanli Coffee," you will experience the flavors distilled from the sunny southern region, while visually and audibly enjoying "the whispers within the coffee." 453 Guangcai Street, West District, Chiayi City, 0983 811 465, Tuesday to Saturday, 13:15 – 18:00 https://www.facebook.com/xiaokoupin/
