The proprietor, A-Chueh, dived into the world of coffee during his studies, not only as a member of the National Chiayi University Coffee Club but also serving as its second president. After graduating, he embarked on a "217-day stall journey" selling coffee, accumulating both reputation and funds for his shop, which led him to the current location on Guangcai Street, officially opening as "Xiao Kou Pin S." The glass window bears the words "Few seats, great coffee," which is simple and resonates deeply. A-Chueh speaks little, but his tone is firm and sincere; he expresses that the philosophy behind opening this shop is to convey "Taste the life." Many of the hand-painted decorations and thoughtful designs in the shop come from the hostess, Guangguang, whose soothing charm is evident in her manner of speaking. The two complement each other in personality, each fulfilling their roles with perfect harmony. Chiayi's coffee scene is vibrant and diverse; although A-Chueh is low-key, his coffee skills are highly regarded, attracting a loyal group of customers who have followed him since his stall days. Some nearly visit Xiao Kou Pin S every day as part of their daily ritual. If you are fortunate enough to taste A-Chueh's creation, the "Chiayi Special - Nannanli Coffee," you will indulge in the flavors concentrated from the sunny south, while visually and audibly experiencing the "murmurs within the coffee."
