BES Coffee Introduction
BES Coffee is located at the triangular window of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street in Chiayi City and is open only three days a week. Previously known as "Blues," an industrial-style coffee bar, it has recently been rebranded and transformed into a Japanese-style cafe. Interestingly, the stationery store next door has also undergone renovations, making them great neighbors. To stand out in the coffee shop-dense Chiayi City, BES Coffee has exclusively developed a tea coffee and creative tea drink series, such as the "Lychee Latte" made with imported fruit tea and lightly roasted coffee, as well as the popular brown sugar noodle tea series, which combines fragrant hand-roasted brown sugar with nostalgic handmade noodle tea to create a unique texture on the surface, showcasing a blend of old and new. The owner couple has a strong appreciation for Japanese culture and regularly offers bonito cat rice and creative flavors of Japanese grilled rice balls. They warmly welcome guests to come share, discuss, and exchange thoughts on movies and music, and occasionally launch collaborative rice ball events related to movies and promotions for those with movie tickets, supporting the Chiayi film industry.
