BES Coffee Introduction
BES Coffee is located at the triangular window of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street in Chiayi City, operating only three days a week. Originally named "Blue Blues," this industrial-style coffee bar has recently been renamed and transformed into a Japanese-style café. Interestingly, the adjacent stationery store has also been renovated, making the two establishments close neighbors. To stand out in the coffee shop-saturated Chiayi City, BES Coffee has developed an exclusive tea-coffee and creative tea drink series, such as the "Lychee Latte" made with imported fruit tea paired with lightly roasted coffee, and the particularly popular Brown Sugar Noodle Tea series, combining rich and aromatic hand-fried brown sugar with nostalgic handmade noodle tea to create a unique texture that blends the old and the new. The owner couple is particularly fond of Japanese culture and regularly offers katsuobushi cat rice and creatively flavored Japanese grilled rice balls. They warmly welcome customers to come in to share, discuss, and exchange ideas about movies and music, periodically launching activities such as "Movie Collaboration Rice Balls" and "Discounts with Movie Ticket Stubs" to support the Chiayi film industry.
