BES Coffee Introduction
BES Coffee is located at the triangle corner of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street in Chiayi City, operating only three days a week. It was formerly known as "Blues," an industrial-style coffee bar, and has recently rebranded into a Japanese-style establishment. Interestingly, the adjacent stationery store has also been remodeled, making the two shops good neighbors that support each other. To stand out in Chiayi City, which has a particularly dense café scene, BES Coffee has uniquely developed a series of tea coffee and creative tea beverages, such as the "Lychee Latte" made with imported fruit tea combined with lightly roasted coffee, as well as the popular brown sugar noodle tea series that features hand-roasted brown sugar, creating a unique texture with nostalgic handmade noodle tea that showcases the blend of old and new emotions. The owner couple has a special fondness for Japanese culture and regularly offers katsuo-bushi rice and creatively flavored Japanese grilled rice balls.
