Huashianqing Introduction

Brunch Osteria, a fusion cuisine restaurant located at the corner of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street, is both a brunch spot and an Italian eatery. The simplest way to define it is: this is an Italian restaurant that offers all-day brunch. The chef has worked in the Taipei food and beverage industry for eight years and has ventured into the Chiayi dining market with fusion cuisine. The term "Osteria" signifies its Italian culinary roots. However, the name "Huachiancong" comes from a Japanese kimono color palette, with a structure similar to the popular "flame-seared mentaiko smoked salmon pasta," a dish that one never tires of. Classics can also be reinvented; the chef at Huachiancong takes the traditional Italian carbonara and adds a hint of golden sand element for enhanced flavor, balancing the saltiness with pumpkin, and daringly cuts thick slices of bacon for a more robust texture. Beyond Italian cuisine, under the suggestion of the owner, the Dutch iron skillet pancake is presented in a Taiwanese "taro mud salted egg yolk meat floss" flavor, which has become very popular!
