Flower Shallow Green Onion Introduction
It is a brunch spot and an Italian restaurant, standing at the corner of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street, Fusion Cuisine presents Huachancao Brunch Osteria. The simplest way to describe it is: this is an Italian restaurant that offers all-day brunch. The chef has worked in the Taipei dining industry for eight years and has entered the Chiayi dining market with Fusion Cuisine. The term "Osteria" indicates the restaurant's Italian culinary roots. However, the name "Huachancao" is derived from Japanese kimono color palettes, and its structure is akin to the most popular dish, "Seared Mentaiko Smoked Salmon Pasta," a Japanese-style Italian pasta that is hard to get tired of. Classics can also be varied; the chef of Huachancao adds a touch of golden element to the traditional Italian Carbonara, balancing the saltiness with pumpkin, and whimsically thick cuts the bacon for a more substantial texture. It doesn't stop at Italian dishes; under the owner’s suggestion, Dutch oven waffles are presented in a Taiwanese flavor of "Taro Mud Salted Egg Yolk Floss," which has been very well-received!
