Floral Shallot Introduction
Brunch Osteria, located at the corner of Zhongyi Street and Changrong Street, is both a brunch spot and an Italian restaurant. The simplest way to describe it is that it is an Italian restaurant offering all-day brunch. The chef has worked in the Taipei food industry for eight years and is entering the Chiayi dining market with Fusion Cuisine (international creative cuisine). The term "Osteria" indicates its Italian roots. However, the name "Hua Qian Cong" comes from Japanese kimono color palettes, and its dish structure includes popular items like "Grilled Mentai Smoked Salmon Pasta," an Italian dish with Japanese influences that you won't get tired of. Classics can also be varied; the chef puts a twist on the traditional Italian Carbonara by adding a golden element for enhanced flavor, balancing the saltiness with pumpkin, and whimsically cutting the bacon into thick chunks for a more satisfying texture. The restaurant also plays with Italian cuisine; the Dutch iron skillet pancakes are presented in a Taiwanese style with "Taro Mud Salted Egg Yolk Meat Floss" flavor upon the owner's suggestion, which has become very popular!
