What is worth admiring is the atypical bookstore space created by Cai Zhi-Hsien, where dialogues between new and old materials, mixes of rigid lines and soft curves, the angles of slanted stairs, the light and shadows streaming in from the windows, and the freely displayed books create an experience. The final focal point is the suspended ship machinery located at the top of the sharp triangle, where one can stand at the bow during twilight to admire the sunset in a grand view.
