King's Flavor Indian Restaurant Introduction

The fantastic drifting of an Indian chef from a five-star hotel: Why did an Indian chef, who once worked in a five-star hotel in Hsinchu, open a restaurant in Chiayi? According to the owner, the initial plan was to find a location in Taipei, but during a trip to Chiayi, she unexpectedly saw a rental sign on the right side of an ancient building housing the tile museum and thought it looked good, so she signed a contract. Moving south to Chiayi, she felt lost in unfamiliar territory... A friend of a friend popped up on her Facebook feed, who happened to have a donburi restaurant in Chiayi. After getting in touch, this person generously shared all the resources for ingredients, which was an unbelievable stroke of luck. Even more surprisingly, on the opening day, without any advertisement, a group of tourists from Tainan was waiting at the door to dine. When asked how they found out about the restaurant, their answer was simply that they passed by! The owner said it felt like a dream; growing up in Taipei, she had never imagined she would open a restaurant in Chiayi, and she’s going full throttle with authentic Indian cuisine. Fortunately, since the opening, different flavors of curry and naan have garnered supporters, with the masala grilled chicken salad, prawn curry, and spiced yogurt grilled chicken being particularly popular among most diners.
