Mainland Chinese Restaurant Introduction
Memories of Hometown Flavor Forty years ago, a retired veteran began reminiscing about the flavors of his hometown and tried to recreate the dishes that reminded him of his roots, soothing his homesickness. After tasting them himself, he opened a restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine that conquers everyone's palate—this is the "Mainland Restaurant" located next to the Wu Feng Temple in Zhongpu Township. The restaurant has been in operation for over forty years and is currently managed by the second-generation owner, Yang Song-Tao. Mr. Yang inherited his father's culinary skills and improved upon them, introducing a variety of Chinese dishes that differ from typical Taiwanese flavors.
