Mainland Chinese Restaurant Introduction
The Taste of Hometown Memories Forty years ago, a retired veteran reminisced about the flavors of his homeland and attempted to create dishes that evoke the taste of home, soothing his nostalgia. After tasting his creations, he decided to open a restaurant, bringing authentic Chinese flavors that conquer everyone's palate—this is the "Mainland Restaurant" located next to the Wu Feng Temple in Zhongpu Township. The restaurant has been in operation for over forty years and is currently managed by the second-generation owner, Yang Song-Tao. He inherited his father's culinary skills and made improvements, offering a variety of Chinese dishes that differ from typical Taiwanese flavors.
