The Taste of Hometown Memories Forty years ago, a retired veteran reminisced about the flavors of his hometown and attempted to create dishes that reminded him of home, soothing his nostalgia. After trying his creations, he decided to open a restaurant that serves authentic Chinese cuisine, winning over everyone's palate. This is the "Dalu Restaurant" located next to Wufeng Temple in Zhongpu Township. The restaurant has been in operation for over forty years and is currently managed by the second-generation owner, Yang Song-Tao. Mr. Yang has inherited his father's culinary skills and made improvements, introducing a variety of Chinese dishes that differ from local Taiwanese flavors.
