Toraja Coffee (Chung Cheng University Serenity Lake) Introduction
The original flavor of shock "Sour coffee" was my first impression of this coffee shop. "TORAJA COFFEE" is located by a tranquil lakeside. The owner, Lang Yu-bin, is broad-shouldered with short hair and a beard. He confidently states, "Coffee is essentially hot fruit juice," "Good coffee should have a lemon fragrance and a fruity acidity," "To preserve the fresh acidity of the raw beans, I only do light roasting." "The acidity serves as a good medium, making it easier for people to appreciate the aroma; at the same time, after drinking it, it stimulates salivation and gives an immediate sweetness!" It is evident that the owner has a deep understanding of coffee and flavors.
