Toraja Coffee (Ningjing Lake, National Chung Cheng University) Introduction
The Original Flavor Shock "Sour Coffee" was my first impression of this coffee shop. "TORAJA COFFEE" is located by the tranquil lakeside. The owner, Lang Yu-bin, is a confident, stout man with short hair and a goatee. He confidently states, "Coffee is actually just hot fruit juice," "Good coffee should have the aroma of lemon and fruity acidity," "To preserve the fresh acidity of the original beans, I only do light roasting for my coffee beans." "Acidity is a good medium that makes it easier to perceive the aroma; at the same time, after drinking it, it stimulates the secretion of saliva, resulting in an immediate sweetness!" It is clear that the owner has a profound understanding of coffee and taste.
