In the past, when roads did not reach Tea Mountain, life in the mountains made procurement difficult, leading to a self-sufficient agricultural lifestyle. In spring, sugarcane is planted and harvested in winter to produce brown sugar using traditional methods. Combined with home-grown ginger, they create ginger candy, a pure handmade natural product that is hard to resist. Every winter, people rush to pre-order just to taste the limited handmade fragrant candy. From December to January is the season for making these candies.
