Founded from scratch by the first generation, the shop was originally famous for its shaved ice, only introducing spring rolls during the Qingming Festival. The unique feature of these spring rolls, aside from being loaded with delicious fillings, is that they are twice the size of regular spring rolls. This tradition stems from the fact that many people in Taiwan used to farm, and in order to ensure that customers were full and had the energy to work, the shop added an extra serving of fried noodles. This gesture of hospitality gradually built the reputation of this small shop, and those who have tried it all rave about the experience.
