Founded from scratch by the first generation, it originally gained fame for selling shaved ice and only offered spring rolls during the Qingming Festival. This spring roll is not only filled with delicious ingredients but also stands out for its size—twice as big as a typical spring roll. The reason for this is that, in the early days of farming in Taiwan, many workers were in need of hearty meals to have the strength to work, so an additional portion of fried noodles was included. This gesture of warmth gradually elevated the reputation of this small shop, and everyone who has tried it offers high praise.
