Tong Tian Tea Factory (Jie Kang Tea House) Introduction
Jinshi Village was once a hub for handmade paper production. Due to changes in the times, the industry has declined, and most of the paper workshops have been dismantled. Only the remnants of the Lin family's paper workshop remain preserved. The owner of the Congtian Tea Factory, located in Jinshi Village, is also the custodian of the Lin family paper workshop's ruins. The Congtian Tea Factory is situated at approximately 59.5K on County Road 166, where on clear days, visitors can gaze at the Chianan Plain from the pavilion beside the tea factory. Here, one can learn about the tea production process, book experiences for tea shaping and tasting, and also engage in hands-on experiences to understand the complex early paper-making process. It's a great spot for both friends and families to enjoy together!
