Over time, with the decline of the industry, most of the paper mills have been demolished, leaving only the Lin Family Paper Mill ruins preserved. The owner of the Congtian Tea Factory, located in Jinsha Village, is also the custodian of the Lin Family Paper Mill remains. The Congtian Tea Factory is situated at approximately 59.5K on County Road 166. On clear days, visitors can enjoy a view of the Chianan Plain from the pavilion next to the tea factory. Here, you can learn about the tea-making process, book a tea kneading experience, and enjoy tea tasting, as well as engage in a hands-on paper-making experience to understand the complex process of early paper production.
