Located on Haitong Road, there is a delicious Fuzhou-style noodle shop that is famous far and wide, attracting food enthusiasts from all over Taiwan and Japan. The owner, Zheng Shicheng, who is passionate about Pu-erh tea, mentioned that the shop has been passed down from his mother and was previously operated on Guangfu Road for 13 years. Recently, it was relocated to Haitong Road to comply with local government efforts to beautify the town.
Despite the soaring prices, Fuzhou-style noodles remain affordable. This is because the owner is very particular about "food"; he does not focus on how much profit to make, but rather on maintaining high quality.
