The couple met while working in Taipei and have been tied together by this little stall for 22 years. Beyond the romance, the sweet and delicious flavors have made this stall well-known among the people of Puzih. With a bite, the rich and creamy texture is reminiscent of cake, and it feels like soft silk passionately embracing the taste buds. After a gentle swallow, it melts away without leaving any greasiness, only a lingering aroma of wheat on the palate. In addition to their signature twin delicacies, they also sell twisted doughnuts and red bean pastries, all handmade.
