Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO (Pronounced: A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. Chef Michelle, who hails from Italy, came to Taitung because of her love for surfing and later decided to make Taitung her home. Having learned the delicious craft of pizza making from her mother and through her restaurant work experience, she aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizza to share with the locals in Taitung! Michelle has mostly self-taught Chinese and personally created the pizza menu board in both Chinese and English. If customers have questions about the ingredients or flavors, the attentive Michelle is always patient in answering each inquiry. The restaurant offers about seven different types of pizza, including basic flavors that locals can appreciate, as well as traditional Italian pizza flavors that are rich in aroma and very satisfying, making it a notable new international cuisine in Dulan Township.
