A-JO (correct pronunciation: A-YO) Pizza is located near the Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. Chef Michelle hails from Italy and came to Taitung due to her love for surfing, eventually deciding to live there. Having learned the art of making delicious pizza from her mother's skills and restaurant experiences, she aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and share delicious Italian pizza with the locals in Taitung! Michelle mainly self-studied Chinese, and the pizza menu board in the restaurant is handmade by her, featuring both Chinese and English; if there are any questions about the ingredients and flavors, the attentive Michelle will patiently answer the customers' inquiries. The restaurant offers about seven pizza flavors, including basic ones that are more approachable for locals, as well as traditional Italian pizza flavors that are aromatic and very satisfying, making it a burgeoning exotic cuisine in Dulan Township.
