Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO (pronounced similarly to A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. Chef Michelle hails from Italy and came to Taitung due to her love for surfing, eventually deciding to live there. Having learned the art of making delicious pizza from her mother's skills and her restaurant work experience, she aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizza to share with the locals of Taitung! Michelle mostly learned Chinese on her own, and the pizza menu board in the store is handmade by her, available in both Chinese and English. If there are any questions about the ingredients and flavors, the attentive Michelle will patiently answer customers' inquiries. The store offers about seven different pizza flavors, including basic tastes that are easily accepted by the locals as well as traditional Italian pizza flavors, rich in aroma and satisfying, making it a rising exotic cuisine in Dulan Township.
