Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO (pronounced similar to A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. The chef, Michelle, hails from Italy and came to Taitung because of her love for surfing, later deciding to settle down here. Having learned the art of pizza-making from her mother and through restaurant work experience, she aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizza to share with the locals in Taitung! Michelle has mostly self-taught her Chinese, and she personally created the bilingual pizza menu board in the restaurant. If you have any questions about the ingredients or flavors, the attentive Michelle will patiently answer all customer inquiries. The restaurant offers about seven types of pizza, featuring both basic flavors that are more accessible to locals and traditional Italian pizza flavors, rich in aroma and very satisfying—making it a rising exotic culinary gem in Dulan town.
