Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO’ (pronounced close to A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. Chef Michelle hails from Italy and came to Taitung because of her love for surfing, later deciding to settle down there. Having learned the art of making delicious pizza from her mother and through restaurant experience, she aims to provide a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizza to share with the local community in Taitung! Michelle mostly learned Chinese by self-study, and the pizza menu board in the restaurant was handmade by her, featuring both Chinese and English. If customers have questions about the ingredients and flavors, the attentive Michelle will patiently answer each one. The menu features about seven types of pizza, including more approachable flavors that locals enjoy, as well as traditional Italian pizza flavors that are rich in aroma and incredibly satisfying, making it a new exotic culinary highlight in Dulan.
