Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO’ (correctly pronounced as A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. The chef, Michelle, hails from Italy and came to Taitung due to her love of surfing, eventually deciding to settle there. Having learned the art of making delicious pizza from her mother and through her restaurant work experience, she hopes to offer a clean dining environment, healthy ingredients, and delicious Italian pizza to share with the local community in Taitung! Michelle has mostly self-taught her Chinese, and she personally made the pizza menu board in both Chinese and English; if customers have questions about the ingredients and flavors, the attentive Michelle will patiently address each one. The store offers around 7 pizza flavors, including basic ones that are more accessible to locals, as well as traditional Italian pizza styles, rich in aroma and incredibly satisfying, making it a rising international culinary gem in Dulan Town.
