Dulan A Mano Pizza Introduction
A-JO (pronounced similar to A-YO) Pizza is located near Dulan Bridge in Donghe Township, Taitung County. The chef, Michelle, is from Italy and came to Taitung because of her love for surfing, ultimately deciding to make Taitung her home. Having learned the delicious art of pizza making from her mother's skills and her experience working in restaurants, she aims to provide a clean dining environment with healthy ingredients, sharing delightful Italian pizza with the local people of Taitung! Michelle has mostly self-taught Chinese and personally crafted the pizza menu board in both Chinese and English. If customers have questions about the ingredients and flavors, the thoughtful Michelle will patiently answer them one by one. The restaurant offers about seven types of pizza, including basic flavors that are more accessible to locals, as well as traditional Italian pizza flavors that are rich in aroma and satisfying, making it a newfound exotic culinary gem in Dulan Township.
