Bati Gu Studio (32 Neighbor Coffee) Introduction
"32 Neighbor Coffee" is located in Dulan Village, near Dulan Elementary School, and was opened in September 2015 by local youth returning to their hometown. This place also serves as a social hub for the elders and young people in the community. You can immediately feel the strong tribal vibe here! The young owner, Bugau, is a lively and cheerful Amis youth, belonging to the "Rasa Dong" age group of the tribe. Having studied in the culinary field, he decided to stay in the village to help out in order to better understand the culture of his hometown and to learn the authentic indigenous language and life wisdom from his grandparents. Over time, he naturally acquired excellent skills for living in the village. Enthusiastic about community affairs and always humorous, he has become familiar with various individuals and matters in the village. This place often attracts both elders and young people for gatherings, naturally making it one of the information exchange centers in the community. While enjoying coffee, the owner will also share with you how the taste varies at different temperatures!
