Batikou Studio (32 Neighborhood Coffee) Introduction
"32 Ling Coffee" is located in Dulan Village, near Dulan Elementary School. It is a coffee shop opened by local returning youth in September 2015. This spot also serves as a gathering place for the elders and youth of the community. Here, you can immediately sense the strong tribal atmosphere! The young owner, Bugau, is a lively and cheerful Amis youth belonging to the "Lhasa Dong" age group in the tribe. Having studied in a hospitality-related field, he decided to stay in the village to learn more about his hometown's culture, mastering the authentic tribal language and life wisdom from his grandparents. Over time, he has naturally acquired many skills for life in the community. Enthusiastic about tribal affairs and with a good sense of humor, he has become familiar with the various people, events, and matters in the village. This coffee shop frequently attracts both elders and young people, making it one of the information exchange centers in the community. While enjoying coffee, the owner will share with you how the taste of coffee differs at various temperatures!
