Taiwan 11 Studio Introduction
Tai 11 Studio is located within the main building of the Dulan Sugar Factory. Under the tall smokestack, "Tai 11" is co-managed by artist KAO Min-Shu and her husband Brian (often referred to as Lao Bu), a brewer. All artistic creations in the store are crafted by Min-Shu's hands: paintings, clothing, accessories, installations, and more. At Tai 11, in addition to appreciating art, visitors can also savor locally made, original craft beers and meads. The studio retains the original interior decor of the factory area, using simple partitions and various styles of sculptures, creations, and decorations to create an overall atmosphere. The studio owner's creations, Min-Shu, are filled with exotic and natural charm, reflecting her passion for both creation and life. In conjunction with the 2015 East Coast Land Art Festival, the studio is currently one of the open art studios on the East Coast, showcasing the special exhibition "Waves; We Are Together," which fully reveals the unique and free-spirited creative atmosphere of the East Coast.
