The restaurant's chef is originally from the Taiwanese community and, after returning to his hometown of Nangan, opened a restaurant that combines the characteristics of Taiwanese and Fuzhou cuisine in the Jieshou commercial area, becoming a favorite among people from all walks of life. The restaurant frequently updates its menu based on seasonal seafood, and in recent years, it has started offering a "Matsu Flavor Travel Package," which includes eight dishes and a soup, highlighting seasonal seafood, shellfish, and fermented rice, allowing visitors to experience Matsu's exotic flavors and create unforgettable memories.
