The restaurant's chef is originally a local from Taiwan who returned to his hometown of Nangan and opened a restaurant in Jieshou Market, combining the characteristics of Taiwanese and Fuzhou cuisine, gaining popularity among many. The restaurant frequently updates its dishes based on seasonal seafood, and in recent years has begun offering a "Matsu Flavor Travel Package," featuring eight dishes and one soup, focusing on seasonal seafood, shellfish, and rice wine, allowing guests to experience the unique flavors of Matsu cuisine and create unforgettable memories.
