The restaurant's chef is originally a local from Taiwan who, after settling back in Nangan, opened a restaurant in Jieshou Market that combines the characteristics of Taiwanese and Fuzhou cuisine, which has gained popularity among various patrons. The restaurant frequently updates its menu based on seasonal seafood, and in recent years, it has begun offering a "Matsu Flavor Travel Package," featuring eight dishes and one soup, highlighting seasonal seafood, shellfish, and fermented rice, allowing visitors to experience the unique flavors of Matsu cuisine and create unforgettable memories.
