The restaurant's chef is originally a native from Taiwan who settled back in his hometown of Nangan and opened a restaurant in Jieshou Mall that combines the characteristics of Taiwanese and Fuzhou cuisine, which is beloved by people from all walks of life. The restaurant's menu frequently changes based on seasonal seafood, and in recent years it has started offering a "Matsu Flavor Tour Set," which includes eight dishes and one soup, highlighting seasonal Matsu seafood, shellfish, and rice wine, allowing guests to experience the exotic flavors of Matsu cuisine and create unforgettable memories.
