The House of Fine Wine, with a rich aroma of liquor, is located at the foot of Niu Jiao Ridge in Fuxing Village. The distillery uses pure and sweet spring water to brew its renowned wines, especially known for Daqu, sorghum, and aged spirits, which have become representatives of Matsu's local specialty. The entrance of the distillery features a magnificent line-up of wine jars, and a couplet hanging at the door reads, "With jars opened, the fragrance spreads a hundred miles; with each sip, a thousand households get drunk," warmly welcoming visitors to taste the wines. Inside the exhibition hall, various fine wines are displayed, including commemorative wines produced by the Matsu Distillery throughout its history and rare medicinal wines that are now out of print. Visitors can also learn about the history of wine making in Matsu through video presentations and displays of traditional brewing utensils like iron pots, bamboo sieves, and ancient jars used by early residents. Visitors can also learn about the history of wine production in Matsu through video presentations and physical exhibits of early brewing equipment, such as iron pots, bamboo sieves, and ancient jars.
