The Matsu Distillery is located at the foot of Niujiaoling in Fuxing Village, using sweet and pure spring water to brew its renowned wines, especially famous for its big koji, sorghum, and aged liquor, becoming a representative of Matsu specialties. A row of neatly arranged wine jars stands beside the entrance wall of the distillery, creating a grand atmosphere. The entrance displays a couplet reading "Opening the jar releases fragrance for miles, washing jars intoxicates thousands of families," warmly welcoming visitors to come in and taste the wine. The showroom at the entrance features various fine wines, including commemorative wines produced by the Matsu Distillery over the years, as well as precious items like now-obsolete medicinal wines. Visitors can also learn about the history of Matsu Distillery through video presentations and physical displays of early residents' winemaking tools such as iron pots, bamboo sieves, and ancient jars. A couplet hangs at the entrance that reads, "Open the jars to fragrance for miles, wash the jars to intoxicate thousands," warmly welcoming visitors to enter and taste the wine. The exhibition hall at the entrance showcases various fine wines, including commemorative wines produced by Matsu Distillery over the years and rare medicinal wines that are now out of production. Visitors can also learn about the history of the distillery through video presentations, as well as displays of vintage equipment such as iron pots, bamboo sieves, and ancient jars used by early residents for brewing.
