First Restaurant Introduction
When talking to Matsu locals about the most representative traditional restaurant in Nangan, nine out of ten will mention "Dai Yi" (第一). This is because it has the oldest name, and most wedding banquets and celebrations were previously held at "Dai Yi Restaurant." Thus, the great taste of "Dai Yi" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the Matsu people. Chef Chen's excellent skills come from his young days studying under a Fuzhou master.
