Owner Lin Hsiu-Ying has been selling Ding Bian Hu here for 10 years. Besides taking Sundays off for church, she does not rest at all. She says many of the customers who come here are tourists from Taiwan, whether they are Matsu natives returning home or Taiwanese who used to work in Matsu. Each time they return, they must have a bowl of nostalgic flavor.
