Master Lin Hsiu-ying has been selling Ding Bian Hu (rice noodle soup) here for 10 years. Besides taking a break every Sunday to attend church, she has not taken any days off. She mentioned that many of the visitors here are tourists from Taiwan, whether they are Matsu natives returning home or Taiwanese who have previously worked in Matsu. Every time they come back, they always want to have a bowl of nostalgic flavor.
