Owner Lin Hsiu-ying has been selling Ding Bian Hu (a traditional Taiwanese dish) here for 10 years. Aside from taking Sundays off to attend church, she hasn't taken any breaks. She mentions that many of her customers are tourists from Taiwan, including Matsu residents returning home or those who once worked in Matsu. Every time they return, they make sure to enjoy a bowl of nostalgic flavor.
