The owner Lin Hsiu-ying has been selling Ding Bian Hu (a type of rice flour dish) here for 10 years. She only takes a break every Sunday to attend church, and other than that, she does not rest. She said that many of the customers who come here are tourists from Taiwan, whether they are Matsu natives returning home or Taiwanese who once worked in Matsu. Every time they come back, they always have to enjoy a bowl of nostalgic flavor.
