The Fuzheng Bike Path, which offers stunning sea views, is the first road in Matsu dedicated to bicycles and pedestrians. It was constructed with funds contributed by Taiwan Power Company’s Zhushan Thermal Power Plant and was completed in 2008. The bike path runs along the coastline, stretching from Fuao to Qingshui, with a total length of 800 meters. During the day, visitors can enjoy a distant view of Fuao Harbor, and at night, the area lights up, attracting schools of fish, making it a well-known fishing spot among locals! With the completion of Zhushan Power Plant, the Fuzheng Bike Path can be extended from Qingshui to Zhuola. The overall flat road is not only suitable for cyclists to ride comfortably, but it is also a great place for many locals to exercise and walk. The smooth path features a wooden boardwalk for pedestrians and a red brick bike lane for cyclists. It runs along the coastline and is dotted with pavilions. On summer nights, strolling along the path and resting by the shore to enjoy the gentle sea breeze can be a delightful experience, adding to the charm of island tourism!

With the completion of the Zhu Mountain Power Plant, the Fuqing Bicycle Path can extend from Qingshui to Zhuoluo. The flat path features a wooden boardwalk for pedestrians and a red brick bike path for cyclists, extending along the coastline, with pavilions along the way.
