Fukou Harbor Introduction
Fu'ao Port, located in Fuwuo Village, is the main maritime transportation gateway of Nangan Island in Matsu. From Fu'ao Port, boats can travel between Taiwan, Juguang, Dongyin, and Beigan, serving as a transportation hub between Matsu, Taiwan, and various offshore islands. Since the trial operation of the mini-three-links (small cross-strait shipping) began on January 1, 2001, passenger and cargo shipping as well as tourism have flourished, further enhancing the maritime significance of Fu'ao Port.
