Fuqiao Harbor Introduction
Fuao Harbor, located in Fuao Village, is the main maritime transportation gateway of Nangan Island in Matsu. Ferries from Fuao Harbor connect Taiwan, Juguang, Dongyin, and Beigang, serving as a transit hub for Matsu and its connections to Taiwan and other outlying islands. Since the trial implementation of the Mini-Three Links on January 1, 2001, passenger and cargo shipping, as well as tourism, have flourished, further enhancing the maritime significance of Fuao Harbor.
