Liao Township Changhong Tea Story House Introduction

Liao Mayor Black Tea - Rich and Fragrant | Yu Chi Black Tea - [Yu Chi Black Tea] is located in Yu Chi Township, Nantou County, where the black tea industry has been developing since the Japanese colonial era. In recognition of this, the Government-General of Taiwan established the "Yu Chi Black Tea Experimental Station" in 1936 as a research center dedicated to the introduction and promotion of Assam black tea. This laid the foundation for the development of the black tea industry in Yu Chi Township. The "Liao Mayor Black Tea Story Museum," completed in 2012, features a beautifully elegant European classical exterior, while the interior blends nostalgia with modernity, leaving visitors pleasantly surprised. Upon entering the Black Tea Story Museum, attentive staff will greet you with a cup of Yu Chi Township's signature black tea from Sun Moon Lake, warming both your hands and your heart. The museum also offers various arrangements for black tea...
