Xinzai is a local farmer in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, specializing in self-produced and self-sold products. The main product of the "Xinzai" black tea series is the local black tea from Sun Moon Lake. We cultivate good tea with care using organic natural farming methods. We grow tea with the least intervention, using no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, respecting nature and allowing crops to grow in harmony with the environment. Although the process is filled with hardships and challenges, returning the land to its original health is the key to producing tea with authentic flavor and natural aroma. Though there is no glorious historical background, we are dedicated to the idea of returning to pure nature, going back to our origins, and picking up the feelings and passion from deep within our hearts, insisting on our ideals.
