Heart's Plant Tea【Sun Moon Lake Black Tea・Natural Farming】 Introduction
Xinzai is a local small farm that produces and sells products in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. The main product of the "Xinzai" black tea series is the local black tea from Sun Moon Lake. We cultivate good tea with care using organic and natural farming methods, adopting pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free practices, respecting nature through grass-based management, allowing crops to grow together with the environment with minimal intervention. Although filled with hardships and challenges, only by returning the land to its original health can we nurture tea that is rich in original flavor and natural aroma. Though we may lack a glorious historical background, we rely on the idea of returning to pure nature, going back to our roots, and rekindling the emotions and passion that arise from deep within our hearts, persistently following our ideals. This happiness is filled with original flavor and health, hard work that is nevertheless satisfying and joyful! We share this with everyone striving for their dreams.
