Heart Plant Tea【Sun Moon Lake Black Tea · Organic Farming】 Introduction
Xin Zai is a small local farmer dedicated to producing and selling its own products in Yuchi Township, Nantou County. The main product of the Xin Zai black tea series is the locally sourced Sun Moon Lake black tea. We employ organic and natural farming methods, carefully cultivating quality tea with a commitment to using no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We respect nature and manage weeds, allowing crops to grow harmoniously with the environment with minimal intervention. Though there are many hardships and challenges, it is only by restoring the land to its original health that we can produce tea filled with authentic flavor and natural fragrance. While we may not have a glorious historical background, we are driven by the idea of returning to pure nature and reigniting the passion that comes from deep within. We persist in our ideals.
