Heart Plant Tea 【Sun Moon Lake Black Tea · Natural Farming】 Introduction
Heart Planting ~ is a local small farm in Fish Pond Township, Nantou County, that produces and sells its own products. The main product of the "Heart Planting" black tea series is the local black tea from Sun Moon Lake. We use organic and natural farming methods to carefully cultivate high-quality tea, employing pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free practices that respect nature. We utilize a grass-based management system to allow crops and the environment to grow together with minimal intervention. Although it is filled with hardships and challenges, only by restoring the land to its original health can we nurture tea with authentic flavor and natural aroma. Despite lacking a glorious historical background, we rely on the idea of returning to pure nature, going back to our roots, and embracing the emotions and passion from deep within our hearts to uphold our ideals. This sense of happiness, filled with authentic taste and health, is hard-earned yet brings contentment. We share this with every friend who strives and fights for their dreams.
