Heart Plant Tea【Sun Moon Lake Black Tea·Natural Farming】 Introduction
Xin Zai is a local small-scale farmer in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, known for producing and selling its own goods. The main product of the "Xin Zai" black tea series is the local Sun Moon Lake black tea. We use organic, natural farming methods to cultivate quality tea, employing the closest practices to nature by avoiding pesticides and chemical fertilizers. We respect nature and practice grass management to allow crops and the environment to grow together with minimal intervention. Although the journey is filled with hardships and challenges, only by returning the land to its original health can we nurture tea that is full of original flavor and natural aroma. Despite lacking a brilliant historical background, our commitment to returning to pure nature and embracing the inspiration and passion from deep within drives us to uphold our ideals.
