Heart Cultivation Tea【Sun Moon Lake Black Tea·Natural Farming】 Introduction
Xin Zai is a local small farm that produces and sells its own products in Fish Pond Township, Nantou County. The main product of the "Xin Zai" black tea series is the local black tea from Sun Moon Lake. We use organic natural farming methods to carefully cultivate good tea, employing pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free practices that respect nature. We manage the land with grass, allowing the crops and the environment to grow together with minimal intervention. Although it is filled with hardships and challenges, we believe that returning the land to its original health is the key to creating tea that is rich in genuine flavor and natural aroma. Though we lack a glorious historical background, we are driven by a commitment to pure natural principles, returning to our origins and rekindling the feelings and passions that come from deep within our hearts, steadfast in our ideals. This happiness is rich in authenticity and health, laborious yet fulfilling and joyful! We share this with everyone who is working hard for their dreams.
