Eight Trigrams Friendly Restaurant Introduction
Ba Dou Friendly Restaurant is located in Ba Dou Zi, but we do not want to position ourselves merely as a restaurant. We aim to create a co-creation space that is closely linked to local life, a venue with meaningful environmental recognition. We mainly engage in tier-three experience services and reservation-based specialty dining. The restaurant uses ingredients including rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and certain meats sourced through partnerships with rural communities. We organize fishing village tours and unique DIY activities such as oil-pickled squid and bottle cutting. Additionally, we assist in selling local specialties, including craft beer, flying fish sausage, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable utensils and insist on a reservation system for ingredients. Our sole philosophy is to promote friendliness, believing that if we treat our environment with kindness, the earth will reciprocate with high-quality and nutritious food crops.
