Eight Daughters Friendly Restaurant Introduction
Badu Friendly Restaurant is located in Badouzih, but we don't want to position ourselves merely as a restaurant. We aim to create a co-creation space that is closely connected with local life, a meaningful area that resonates with the environment. We primarily engage in tiered experiential services and reservation-based specialty dining. The restaurant uses ingredients including rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and some meats, collaborating with local agricultural and fishing communities. We organize fishing village tours and unique DIY activities such as marinated squid and bottle cutting, and also assist in selling locally sourced specialties, including craft beer, flying fish sausages, and popsicles. We do not use disposable utensils and insist on a reservation-based ingredient system. Our only philosophy is to promote friendliness; we believe that treating our environment with kindness will result in a rewarding yield of high-quality and nourishing crops.
