Eight Dumplings Friendly Restaurant Introduction
Badou Friendly Restaurant is located in Badouzi, but we don't want to position ourselves merely as a restaurant; we aim to create a co-creation space that is closely connected to local life, a meaningful venue that resonates with the environment. We primarily engage in tiered experiential services and reservation-based特色 dining. The restaurant uses materials including rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and some meat products sourced from agricultural and fishing village communities through contracts. We organize fishing village tours and特色 DIY activities such as oil-marinated squid and bottle-cutting, and we also assist in selling local特色 products, including craft beer, flying fish sausages, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable utensils and insist on a reservation system for ingredients. Our only philosophy is to promote friendliness; we believe that if we treat our environment with kindness, the earth will reciprocate by providing excellent and nutritious food crops.
