Badu Friends Restaurant Introduction
Eight Bowl Invites Friends Restaurant is rooted in Badouzi, but we do not want to define ourselves merely as a restaurant; we aim to create a co-creation space that is deeply connected to local life, a meaningful environment that aligns with ecological values. We primarily provide tiered experiential services and reservation-based specialty dining. The restaurant uses ingredients including rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and some meat sourced through contracts with local agricultural and fishing communities. We also offer fishing village tours and unique DIY activities such as oil-based squid and bottle cutting, in addition to assisting in the sale of local specialty products, including craft beer, flying fish sausages, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable utensils and adhere to a reservation system for ingredients. Promoting friendliness is our only philosophy. We believe that treating our environment kindly will, in return, yield excellent and nutritious crops.
