Eight Dishes and Friends Restaurant Introduction
Eight Dots Friendly Restaurant is located in Badouzih, but we don't want to position ourselves merely as a restaurant. We aim to create a co-creation space that is closely linked to local life, a meaningful venue that resonates with the environment. We primarily engage in experiential services and reservation-based specialty dining. Our restaurant uses ingredients that include rice, pomelo, fresh seafood, and certain meats sourced through contracts with local agricultural and fishing communities. We offer guided tours of fishing villages and unique DIY experiences such as oil-pickled squid and bottle cutting, as well as assisting in the sale of local specialties, including craft beer, flying fish sausage, and bubble ice. We do not use disposable utensils and insist on a reservation system for ingredients. Our guiding principle is to promote friendliness; we believe that treating our environment with kindness will be reciprocated with excellent and nutritious food crops.
