Established in 1947, this beloved restaurant has been serving delicious food for over half a century! A must-try dish here is the "Braised Pork" developed by the original creator, Li Hsiu-Wen. Made with firm black pork, it is marinated in high-quality soy sauce, steamed, and then sun-dried before being deep-fried right before serving, making it the restaurant's signature dish!
