State Banquet Savory Cake (Chiao Wei Zhen Meat Bun) Introduction
Our restaurant has been established in Lukang for over ten years, serving customers with sincerity and dedication. The savory cakes with two flavors, pickled radish and pork floss, were selected for the Lukang State Banquet in 2001. The savory cakes are steamed using traditional wooden utensils, giving them a rich egg flavor, dense texture, and a low oil and low sugar content, making them not greasy and worthy of careful tasting.
