Jia Ba Introduction
"Jia Ba" has been established for over two years, but the ingredients used for its simple meals and snacks come from local sources and Taiwan. The owner originally intended to provide more dining options for the locals in Kinmen, thus opening this restaurant. "Jia Ba" offers fried rice, fried noodles, braised rice, dumplings, and the highly recommended best-seller - beef noodle soup. The small shop may not be very eye-catching, but the owner's dedication and focus on the deliciousness of the dishes are evident.
