A-Der's Home - Sweet Potato Swiss Roll (Hanjy Secret Pond) Introduction
A-Der is a native of Shuilin in Yunlin County and works with his brothers in a plastic pen OEM production company, with 80% of their business focused on exports. After returning to his hometown from the city for over 30 years, he developed a passion for cooking. By chance, in 2015, he participated in the Shuilin Sweet Potato Cultural Festival and won an excellent award for incorporating sweet potatoes into Swiss roll cakes. Following this achievement, he was featured in a report by the China Times, which marked the beginning of A-Der's side business. He insists on using locally grown Tainan No. 57 sweet potatoes without any preservatives, ensuring they are natural and healthy. Customers are welcome to make appointments for pickup during weekends or weekdays! A-Der's home store is uniquely designed and located by a secret pond in Shuilin Township, which was originally a fish farming pond operated by A-Der's parents. After going through the review process of the Sweet Potato Community Development Association and receiving funding from the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, this beautiful spot has been made available for everyone to enjoy.
