Good Shrimp Boy Club Introduction
Haoshrimp Jiong Nan Society, located in the professional livestock area of Kouhu Township, was established by eight members of the Class of 1990, led by Li Fujeng. They transformed an idle pigsty into an ideal kingdom for ecological shrimp farming. With a belief in their mission, love for their hometown, and a hope to bring change to the area, they abandoned conventional farming methods and insisted on producing safe and healthy shrimp. Rising from failure, they successfully cultivated a batch of premium shrimp, which received numerous praises from food enthusiasts and were priced remarkably well, boosting the confidence of the shrimp farmers to pursue ecological farming methods. They hope to gather the enthusiasm and vitality of youth through shrimp to convey the beauty of their hometown, promote correct consumption methods, and, more importantly, learn to coexist peacefully with nature, reclaiming the fertile land of their memories. Yingong Bento: The Haoshrimp Yingong Bento focuses on locally farmed white shrimp that have a traceable production history. The side dishes change with the seasons and include fresh and sweet white shrimp with a production record; seasonal stir-fried cabbage or golden pickled vegetables, sausages, shrimp chips, and other carefully selected local ingredients.
