"Dong Xiang" is a phrase from Hakka that means "it smells fragrant all around." The brand name originates from the saying "Dong Xiang" that everyone utters when roasting coffee beans! The coffee beans are sourced from indigenous coffee trees that have been cultivated since 1993 in Dongshi Hakka Village. Through a unique artisanal fresh roasting technique, we create the distinctive characteristics of Dongshi coffee, which include "fresh aroma, smooth taste, and a sweet aftertaste," while also preserving the finest flavors of Hakka culture.
