Due to the use of quality ingredients, with pickling materials mainly consisting of sugar, honey, licorice powder, and specially blended spices, the production technique is highly skilled, resulting in an increasingly good reputation. It has been awarded the title of "Excellent Century-Old Shop" by the city government.
