Fusheng Snack Shop Introduction
Fusheng Snack Shop is run by craftsmen who came from Quansheng many years ago. With the spirit of "breaking bones for courage," they provide unique flavors at reasonable prices, ensuring that traditional skills do not disappear from Tainan's street food scene. The shop primarily offers rice and soup dishes, with the most popular items among food lovers being various fish ball soups, featuring four flavors: mackerel balls, shrimp balls, meatballs, and pork blood cakes. The chefs ensure the freshness of the seafood by sourcing ingredients every morning, producing and selling their own products. In addition to the traditional braised meat rice, mushroom meat rice, fish crackling meat rice, and rice cakes, the daily stir-fried dishes, such as stir-fried flat fish with pickled cabbage and shredded bamboo shoots with scrambled eggs, are must-order side dishes, allowing locals to satisfy their appetites at the lowest cost.
