Unlike the exquisite Noah's Ark Western restaurant in the same system and the bold atmosphere of Little Ark Skewers and Bar, we bring back the home-style flavors of Japan from our travels in Kyoto. With daily fresh seafood delivered straight to us, the seasonal ocean flavors are full and sweet, allowing us to taste different fish varieties each time. The preparation of our rice bowls follows the methods of Edomae sushi, striving to present the original taste of the ingredients. We aim to discover the beauty of Taiwan and support local agricultural and pastoral produce, allowing our dishes to thrive in harmony with the land.
