Longfeng Waterfall Introduction
Longfeng Waterfall is located in the Qing Shui Village of Zhongliao Township. Originally named "Cihsiung Waterfall," the waterfall consists of two segments, divided into upper and lower parts, with one stream flowing vigorously and majestically, while the other is slender and graceful. During his tenure as the provincial chairman, former Vice President Hsieh Tung-min praised its picturesque scenery and majestic waterfalls, noting the contrast of strength and delicacy, leading to its naming as "Longfeng Waterfall." The waterfall is situated at the end of a winding trail and bridge, where the water rushes rapidly into a pool, creating a thunderous roar. Standing on one side, visitors can feel the refreshing spray of the waterfall, akin to a baptism by nature. The journey to the waterfall is shaded by trees, filled with the aroma of forest phytoncides and the continuous babbling of water, which revitalizes weary spirits. The Longfeng Waterfall area boasts lush mountains and fresh streams, making it a perfect destination for embracing nature, exploring the hidden treasures of Zhongliao, and enjoying a leisurely visit with friends and family.
