Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall is located in Qing Shui Village, Zhongliao Township. Originally named "Male and Female Waterfall," the waterfall splits into two sections on the left and right, with one side showing vigorous and majestic water flow, while the other features a delicate and graceful stream. During his tenure as Provincial Chairman, former Vice President Hsieh Tung-min praised the waterfall's splendid scenery and magnificent momentum, noting the dynamic contrast between the two streams, and thus named it "Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall."
