Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall Introduction
Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall is located in Qing Shui Village, Zhongliao Township. Originally named "Male and Female Waterfall," the waterfall splits into two sections on the left and right, with one side showing vigorous and majestic water flow, while the other features a delicate and graceful stream. During his tenure as Provincial Chairman, former Vice President Hsieh Tung-min praised the waterfall's splendid scenery and magnificent momentum, noting the dynamic contrast between the two streams, and thus named it "Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall." The waterfall lies at the end of a winding trail and bridge, with rapidly flowing water crashing into the pool below, producing a sound like thunder. Standing on one side, visitors can feel like they are being baptized by nature, with the refreshing mist from the plunging water. The path to the waterfall is shaded by towering trees, with the scent of forest phytoncide and the continuous flow of water reviving the weary spirit. The Dragon and Phoenix Waterfall area boasts lush mountain forests and refreshing streams, making it a perfect place to enjoy nature. Visitors seeking to explore the hidden beauty of Zhongliao should definitely come here with friends to leisurely wander and discover its charm.
