The 'Jixiang Food' train ticket cakes combine Nantou specialties with the imagery of trains, featuring a ticket-shaped pastry filled with ingredients like Jiji bananas, fruits, and plums, exuding a crispy aroma without being overly sweet. They showcase an alternative charm of Jiji Township. Currently, seven flavors of train ticket cakes have been developed: 1. Jiji-Checheng (Happy Train): Brown Sugar Banana Pastry 2.
