Chef Hsieh Cheng-tsung, who has been making pastries in Jiji Township for 20 years, had a brilliant idea to create 'Train Ticket Pastries' modeled after train tickets. With 7 flavors ranging from Jiji to Checheng and Jiji to Ershui, these pastries have become quite popular among consumers, and a patent application has been submitted. 'Jixiang Foods' combines Nantou's local specialties with the train motif, featuring a ticket-shaped pastry filled with Jiji bananas, fruits, plums, and more, emitting a fragrant and not overly sweet aroma, showcasing an alternative charm of Jiji Township. Currently, the following 7 flavors of Train Ticket Pastries have been developed: 1. Jiji-Checheng (Happy Train): Brown Sugar Banana Pastry 2. Dakeng-Chenggong (Warm Train): Melon Pastry 3.
