These pastries come in 7 flavors, including Jiji to Checheng and Jiji to Ershui, and are quite popular among consumers. A patent application has been submitted for this product. The 'Jixiang Foods' train ticket pastries combine Nantou's local specialties with train imagery, with the ticket-shaped pastry skin filled with ingredients like Jiji bananas, fruits, and plums, exuding a fragrant and not overly sweet taste, showcasing the unique charm of Jiji Township. Currently, seven flavors of Train Ticket Pastries are being developed: 1. Jiji-Checheng (Happy Train): Brown Sugar Banana Pastry 2. Dakeng-Success (Warm Train): Melon Pastry 3.
