"Can train tickets be turned into pastries? For 20 years, Master Xie Chengzong from Jiji Township has come up with a creative idea to make 'train ticket cakes' based on the appearance of train tickets. There are seven flavors available, including routes from Jiji to Checheng and from Jiji to Ershuei, which have been well-received by consumers. A patent application has been submitted. The 'Jixiang Food' train ticket cakes blend local Nantou specialties with train imagery, featuring a cake skin shaped like a train ticket filled with Jiji bananas, fruits, plums, and more, offering a crispy aroma without being overly sweet. This showcases an alternative charm of Jiji Township. Currently, the following seven flavors of train ticket cakes have been developed: 1. Jiji-Checheng (Joyful Train): Brown Sugar Banana Pastry 2. Daken-Success (Warm Train): Melon Pastry 3. Caiyuan-Guangjin (Wealth Train): Brown Sugar Pineapple Pastry 4. Yongkang-Bao'an (Happy Train): Plum Pastry 5.
