The 'Ticket Pastry' from Jixiang Foods combines Nantou specialties with the train theme, featuring a ticket-shaped pastry skin filled with Jiji bananas, fruits, and plums, emitting a savory and non-greasy aroma, showcasing the unique charm of Jiji Township. Currently, seven flavors of Train Ticket Pastries have been developed: 1. Jiji-Checheng (Joyful Train): Brown Sugar Banana Pastry 2. Daken-Success (Warm Train): Cantaloupe Pastry 3.
