Lin's Deer Park Introduction
Guoxing Township is an agricultural township and one of the Hakka homelands in Nantou, with most residents being Hakka and primarily engaged in farming for a living, followed by animal husbandry. Nangang Village is particularly famous for raising Formosan sika deer, which is considered the hometown of these deer. The entire village has about 100 residents focused on deer farming, and the history of raising Formosan sika deer here is quite long-standing. During the peak season for harvesting deer antler, the process of collecting and preserving the antlers attracts many onlookers.
