Lin Family Deer Park Introduction
Guoxing Township is an agricultural township and a Hakka indigenous area in Nantou County, where most residents are of Hakka descent and primarily engage in farming for their livelihood, followed by animal husbandry. Nangang Village is particularly famous for raising Formosan sika deer, being the hometown of these deer. The village has around 100 households primarily focused on deer farming, and the history of raising Formosan sika deer here is quite long. During the peak season for harvesting deer antlers, the process of collecting and preserving the antlers attracts a lot of visitors.
