The Xiluo Theater was built in 1940 by the prominent Lin Guanghe family in Xiluo. It is quite famous in the area and has formed a vibrant commercial center with nearby businesses, earning it the nickname "Xiluo West Street." It has been designated as a historical building, and its beautiful architecture has been well preserved to this day. The layout of the Xiluo Theater is symmetrically designed, with staircases on both sides. The first floor features a stage and seating for the audience, with workspaces made of cypress wood on either side of the stage. The central structure utilizes cypress wood trusses, while the second floor contains a wooden seating area and projection room. The facade features gable ends with ventilators and wooden shutters. The gable ends showcase baroque-style pebble wash footings and embellished patterns, presenting elements of neo-romanticism.

The theater has been designated as a historical building, and its elegant architecture has been well-preserved to this day. The architectural layout of the Xiluo Theater is symmetrical, with staircases located on both sides. The first floor features a stage and audience seating, with cypress wood working spaces on either side of the stage, and a central cypress wood frame structure. The second floor contains wooden audience seating and a projection room. The exterior façade includes gables with ventilation windows and louvered wooden windows. The gables are adorned with Baroque pebble wash skirting and additional decorative patterns and lined tile surfaces, reflecting a Neoromantic style.
