Fuwan Wellness Leisure Farm (Fuwan Manor) Introduction
Fuwan Garden is the first leisure farm in Pingtung County to successfully change its land use for specific purposes. With a deep connection to the land of its hometown, Fuwan Garden, built using ecological engineering methods, showcases the unique charm of Donggang in a different way. The farm features traditional earthen houses that play a role in cultural and artistic heritage. These houses are constructed using a fixed ratio of yellow earth, brown sugar, rice husks, and seaweed, which undergo a three-phase process of grinding, fermentation, and shaping over six months to create earthen bricks. The exterior walls are then covered with a protective layer of a mixture of white lime and tung oil. The earthen houses periodically host exhibitions of artists' works, allowing friends of the garden to experience different interpretations of life from the artists while enjoying a unique and beautiful spiritual feast during their vacation.
