Fuwan Wellness Leisure Farm (Fuwan Manor) Introduction
Fuwan Manor is the first leisure farm in Pingtung County to successfully change its designated land use for specific purposes. With a deep affection for the land of its hometown, Fuwan Manor showcases the charm of Donggang through ecological methods. The farm features traditional earthen houses that play a role in cultural and artistic heritage. These structures are made from a mixture of loess, brown sugar, rice husks, and seaweed, pressed and fermented in three stages over six months to create earthen bricks. The exterior is then coated with a protective layer of white lime mixed with tung oil. The earthen house regularly hosts art exhibitions; friends of the manor can experience the artists' different interpretations of life while enjoying a unique and beautiful spiritual feast during their vacation.
