Fuyuan Trail Introduction
Fuyuan National Forest Recreation Area Trail is located in Fuyuan Village, Ruisui Township, Hualien County. The area boasts the largest camphor tree forest in Taiwan, with numerous trails; the main trail is 6,807 meters long. Notable trails include the Circular River Trail and the Circular Mountain Trail, varying in length and difficulty, forming a network of paths. Along the way, visitors can find attractions such as Longyin Waterfall, Longyin Suspension Bridge, giant rocks, and bat caves, as well as over 30 species of butterflies and more than 40 species of birds. This destination is suitable for visitors year-round, offering a blend of intellectual and emotional experiences for vacationing, hiking, and ecological observation.
