Fuxing Forest Mini Train Introduction
Fuxing Community is the largest producer of sugar apples in Taiwan. From July to September, during the pineapple harvest season, the pineapple fields in Fuxing are filled with plump and juicy pineapples. Visitors can take a light rail train that travels through endless pineapple fields and forests along the Happy Trail, reaching the end point for photo opportunities. Alternatively, visitors can ride on a tractor-pulled train, listen to locals share stories about the Fuxing Community, and visit filming locations like Room No. 1 from "Where Are We Going, Dad?" Finally, enjoy tasting the sweet and tangy sugar apples and the Golden Diamond pineapples, experiencing the fresh sweetness of produce directly from the farm. The Happy Trail, which is 1,314 meters long, is a popular place for couples and families to take photos. While riding the Fuxing Forest Mini Train, passengers will hear the driver introduce the artificial forest ecology and different varieties of pineapples. At the 520-meter mark, the train will stop to allow visitors to rest, wander around, and enjoy views of the beautiful Dream Lake, creating wonderful memories. Before leaving, it’s a good idea to take some fresh and delicious pineapples or local products home!
