Fangdi Nak Sweets Workshop was founded by the owner, who was previously a chef in the pastry department of a five-star hotel, at the age of 50. The shop specializes in professional baking and handcrafted European cakes, handmade cookies, puddings, mochi, and egg yolk pastries. Major products include cheesecake, mousse, sponge cake, cream cake, handmade cookies, various tarts, puddings, egg yolk pastries, mochi, three Q cakes, and mung bean puddings.
