This site is located in Waipu District, Taichung City, on the northern bank of the Dajia River, approximately one kilometer from Dajia City center and about 800 meters from Provincial Highway 1. It is adjacent to the Qing Shui exit of National Freeway No. 4 and the Dajia Qing Shui and Waipu exits of National Highway No. 2, making it convenient for transportation. The area covers more than 33 hectares and is the highest point in Shuimei Village, Waipu District. At the summit, there is an observation platform that offers a panoramic view of the Dajia River estuary, Haomei Wetlands, Tiezhanshan, Dajia City, Provincial Highway, and National Highway No. 2. At night, the starry sky and city lights make it a perfect spot for sightseeing. This venue provides multipurpose activity space rentals for group gatherings, exhibitions, performances, training, ecological and agricultural experiences, and recreational activities. It can accommodate up to a thousand people for camping and barbecue areas, featuring 10 hectares of open grassland and a 1.5-kilometer Acacia forest trail, showcasing rich natural scenery.

ALIVE Glamping Base is located in the Republic of China Agricultural Association Leisure Comprehensive Agricultural and Livestock Farm. It was originally established as a demonstration farm in 1969, focusing on the breeding and promotion of high-quality dairy cows. Due to changes in the broader environment and the increase in domestic tourism, it transformed into a leisure comprehensive agricultural and livestock farm. In 2021, the farm was entrusted to a professional team for a revitalization, injecting new industrial spirit and combining local culture with natural ecology to create the luxury camping base "Alive Glamping Base."
