This venue is located in the Waipu District of Taichung City, along the northern bank of the Dajia River, about one kilometer from Dajia City Center and approximately 800 meters from Provincial Highway 1. It is adjacent to the exit of National Highway 4 at the Qing Shui end and the Dajia and Waipu ends of the Zhong 2 Expressway, making it convenient for transportation. The site covers an area of over 33 hectares and is the highest point in Shui Mei Li, Waipu District. At the summit, there is an observation deck offering panoramic views of the Dajia River estuary, Gaomei Wetlands, Tie Zhen Mountain, Dajia City, Provincial Highway, and Zhong 2 Expressway. At night, the starry sky and city lights create a mesmerizing scene, making it an ideal spot for sightseeing. The venue offers multifunctional rental spaces for group gatherings, exhibitions, performances, training, ecological and agricultural experiences, and leisure activities, accommodating camping and barbecue areas for up to a thousand people. It also features 10 hectares of lush green grassland and a 1.5-kilometer walking path through a forest of acacia trees, showcasing rich natural scenery.

ALIVE Glamping Base is located in the Leisure Comprehensive Agricultural and Livestock Farm of the Republic of China Agricultural Association. It was originally established as a demonstration farm in 1969, focused on the breeding and promotion of high-quality dairy cattle. Due to changes in the environment and the rise of domestic tourism, it transformed into a leisure comprehensive agricultural and livestock farm. In 2021, it was entrusted to a professional team to reshape it, injecting new industrial spirit and combining local culture with natural ecology, creating the luxury camping base "Alive Glamping Base."
