Ruichun Soy Sauce has a history of over a hundred years. The factory is the only one in Taiwan that offers transparent tours of the soy sauce production process. Visitors can explore the entire brewing process, from steaming black soybeans, fermenting with koji, sun-drying in tanks, to bottling and packaging. The factory also features the largest number of soy sauce fermentation jars in Taiwan, with over 2,500 traditional earthen jars, making it a great spot for photos. A visit to Ruichun will definitely be worthwhile.

Transportation Methods：*By Car: Take National Highway 1 to the Xiluo interchange and head towards Xiluo town for about a 15-minute drive towards Erlun.* *High-Speed Rail: Take the train to Yunlin HSR Station and then take a taxi for about a 15-minute ride.* *Bus: Take Kuo-Kuang Bus to Xiluo Station, then transfer to Taisi Bus [7136] from Xiluo to Beigang (via Erlun), get off at Xiaqiatang, and walk about 3 minutes to reach the factory.
