Ruichun Soy Sauce Cultural Factory Introduction
Ruichun Soy Sauce has a history of over a century and is the only soy sauce factory in Taiwan that offers transparent tours of its production process. Visitors can learn about every step of soy sauce brewing, from steaming black soybeans, fermenting with koji, sun exposure in tanks, to bottling and packaging. The factory also boasts the largest number of soy sauce fermentation jars in Taiwan, with more than 2,500 traditional earthen jars, making it a great spot for photography.
