Ruichun Soy Sauce Museum Introduction
Ruichun Soy Sauce has a history of over a century. Its sightseeing factory is the only one in Taiwan that offers a transparent look at the soy sauce production process. Visitors can observe all the stages of fermentation, from steaming black soybeans, cultivating and fermenting koji, sun-exposing to barrel aging, to bottling and packaging. The factory boasts the largest collection of sun-exposed clay jars in Taiwan, with over 2,500 traditional ceramic jars, making it an excellent spot for photography and social media posts. A visit to Ruichun is sure to be a rewarding experience.
