Ruichun Soy Sauce has a history of over a hundred years. The visitor center is the only transparent soy sauce manufacturing facility in Taiwan, where you can observe the entire soy sauce brewing process, from steaming black soybeans, fermenting koji, sun-drying in tanks, to bottling and packaging. The factory also features the largest number of sun-dried clay jars in Taiwan, with over 2,500 traditional ceramic jars, making it an excellent spot for photography. A visit to Ruichun is definitely worth your time.

Ruichun Soy Sauce Museum Introduction

Ruichun Soy Sauce has a history of over a century. Its sightseeing factory is the only one in Taiwan that offers a transparent look at the soy sauce production process. Visitors can observe all the stages of fermentation, from steaming black soybeans, cultivating and fermenting koji, sun-exposing to barrel aging, to bottling and packaging. The factory boasts the largest collection of sun-exposed clay jars in Taiwan, with over 2,500 traditional ceramic jars, making it an excellent spot for photography and social media posts. Transportation Methods：*By Car: Take National Freeway No. 1 to the Xiluo Interchange, then head towards Xiluo Township for approximately a 15-minute drive towards Erlun.* *High Speed Rail: Take the High-Speed Rail to Yunlin Station, then take a taxi for about a 15-minute ride.* *Bus: Take Kuo-Kuang Bus to Xiluo Station, then transfer to TaXi Bus [7136] from Xiluo to Beigang (via Erlun), get off at Xiaqiatang, and walk for about 3 minutes to reach the factory.
