After becoming the son-in-law of Xiluo, he returned to his roots in the simple Xiluo Township of Yunlin County, hoping to bring the creativity he learned in the city to the people of Xiluo. The bakery produces different breads every day, with the menu announced on their Facebook fan page, allowing for pre-orders or in-store purchases. They use a combination of French, European, Japanese, and Taiwanese baking techniques, along with traditional natural leavening with leaven cultures, eliminating artificial acid powders and fermentation agents found in the market. To enhance the texture and wheat aroma, they incorporate a sourdough starter passed down by Japanese chefs, allowing for a 24-hour cold fermentation in each French and European country-style bread, creating delicious breads by utilizing ancient methods instead of artificial additives.
