Wufeng Suspension Bridge Ruins Introduction

It is one of the few remaining suspension bridge ruins along the Keelung River in Taipei City. The establishment of the suspension bridge served as a transportation hub for coal mining in the early Neihu area, and its ruins are a testament to the local industrial development. This suspension bridge was the first dedicated coal transport bridge crossing the Keelung River in Neihu District. The bridge deck was dismantled during the 1970s and 1980s, and only the bridge pillars on the northern riverbank remain. (Source: National Cultural Heritage Administration)
