Wufen Bridge Ruins Introduction
It is one of the few remaining suspension bridge ruins in the Keelung River area of Taipei City. The bridge was established as a critical transportation route for coal transportation in the early Neihu District, serving as a testament to the historical development of local industry. This suspension bridge was the earliest dedicated coal transport bridge across the Keelung River in the Neihu District, with its deck having been dismantled during the 1970s and 1980s, leaving only the bridge pillars on the northern riverbank.
