A-Hai's Duck Noodle Soup Introduction
A Hai's Duck Noodle Soup was established before 1948 by founder Mr. Wei De-xing, who grew up in poverty and traveled around selling food from a small cart to support his family. In the year of the 887 Flood, he was determined to specialize in selling Angelica duck noodle soup. He continuously selected the best duck breeds for the ideal flavor and developed a herbal recipe with Angelica that is suitable for all seasons, along with insisting on hand-making the noodles. The various side dishes are also thoughtfully crafted, making it a renowned local snack and one of the top 100 must-try Taiwanese eateries to visit in Tuku.
