A-Hai's Duck Noodle Soup Introduction
Ahai's Duck Noodle Soup was established before 1948. The founder, Mr. Wei Dexing, grew up in poverty and sold food from a small cart on the streets to support his family. During the year of the 1987 floods, he made the decision to specialize in cooking Angelica duck noodle soup, consistently selecting the best varieties of duck and developing a formula of herbal ingredients suited for all seasons. He also insists on handmade noodles. Efforts were made to craft flavorful side dishes, making it a well-known snack in the area and one of the top 100 must-try restaurants in Taiwan that visitors to Tuku should not miss.
