A-Hai's Duck Noodle Soup Introduction
Ahai's Duck Noodle Soup was established before 1948 by Mr. Wei De-xing, who grew up in poverty and sold food from a small cart to support his family. During the year of the 87 Flood, he determined to focus on selling angelica duck noodle soup, continuously selecting the best duck breeds for optimal flavor and adjusting traditional herbal recipes suitable for all seasons. With a commitment to handmade noodles, he also invested effort in researching various side dishes, which have become renowned local snacks, making it one of the top 100 must-visit food establishments in Taiwan, especially in Tuku.
