Ah Hai's Duck Noodle Soup Introduction
Ahai Master Duck Noodle Soup was established in 1948 by Mr. Wei De-Hsing, who grew up in poverty and sold food from a small cart to support his family. In the year of the 1987 flood, he resolved to specialize in serving duck noodle soup with Angelica, continuously selecting the best duck breeds and creating a herbal formula suitable for all seasons. The noodles are made by hand to ensure quality. A great deal of thought has also been put into the variety of side dishes, making it one of the most famous local snacks and a must-visit among the top 100 Taiwanese food establishments in Tuku.
