Ah Hai's Duck Noodle Soup Introduction
Ahai Master Duck Meat Noodle Soup was established before 1948. The founder, Mr. Wei Dexing, grew up in poverty and sold goods from a small cart to support his family. That year, during the 87 Flood, he committed to specializing in angelica duck meat noodle soup, constantly selecting the best duck breeds and developing a herbal formula suitable for all seasons. The noodles are made by hand, and significant effort was also put into crafting a variety of side dishes, making it one of the most famous local snacks and a must-visit in Tuku, recognized as one of Taiwan's top 100 gourmet restaurants.
