Introducing the century-old rice oil dish, which is in its second year this year, with another ninety-eight years of renowned Jin He cuisine's full-month rice oil dish being widely popular. The ingredients for the oil rice include Puli mushroom strips, roast duck meat, ginger slices, and red-label rice wine, as well as the use of pure century-old black sesame oil that adds a rich fragrance to the oil rice. The long glutinous rice is also selected from high-quality old rice, which is more costly the longer it's stored, and more labor-intensive to cook.
