Let me introduce you to the century-old oil rice. This year marks its second year, with an impressive heritage of 98 years from the renowned Jianhe Cuisine. The oil rice is widely popular for several reasons; the ingredients include Puli mushroom shreds, roast duck meat, ginger slices, and red-label rice wine. Moreover, it features pure century-old black sesame oil, which adds a rich and aromatic fragrance to the dish. The long glutinous rice is selected from high-quality aged glutinous rice; the longer the rice is stored, the higher the cost, and the cooking process is more time-consuming. However, the greatest characteristic is that the rice grains are chewy and not easily mushy. Following traditional steam cooking methods, we prepare a limited quantity of this delicious dish every morning.
