Zhenhe Crab Boss Duck Rice Introduction
Let me introduce you to the century-old oil rice. This year marks its second year, with another ninety-eight years of renowned Zhanghe culinary mooncake oil rice widely favored. The ingredients for the oil rice include Puli shiitake mushroom shreds, roasted duck meat, slices of old ginger, and red label rice wine, enhanced with pure hundred-year black sesame oil that adds a rich fragrance. The long glutinous rice is selected from high-quality aged glutinous rice, which is more costly as it is stored longer, and the cooking process is more time-consuming. However, the biggest feature is that the rice grains are chewy and not easily mushy. Following traditional steaming methods, it is limitedly steamed every morning to produce this exquisite delicacy.
