Introducing our century-old oil rice, which is now in its second year, with 98 years of delicious and popular birthday oil rice from Zhenhe Cuisine. The reasons for its popularity include the ingredients used, such as Puli mushroom shreds, foie gras duck meat, slices of aged ginger, and red label rice wine, as well as the use of authentic century-old black sesame oil that adds a rich and fragrant aroma to the oil rice. The glutinous rice used is high-quality old rice; the longer the glutinous rice is stored, the higher the cost, and the cooking is more labor-intensive. However, the biggest feature is that the rice grains are chewy and not easily mushy. We adhere to the traditional water-steamed rice method, limitedly steaming it every morning to produce a unique deliciousness.
