Zhen He Crab Boss Duck Meat Rice Introduction
Let me introduce you to the century-old oil rice, which is renowned for its 98-year heritage of precious and delicious full-month oil rice that has been widely popular. The ingredients for the oil rice include Puli mushrooms, roasted duck meat, slices of old ginger, and red-label rice wine. Additionally, it uses authentic century-old black sesame oil, which adds a rich and fragrant aroma to the oil rice. The long glutinous rice is also selected from high-quality aged glutinous rice; the longer the glutinous rice is stored, the higher the cost, and it requires more effort to cook. However, its biggest feature is that the rice grains remain chewy and do not easily become soft. Following traditional steaming methods, we produce a limited amount of this delicious rice every morning.
