The visitor center contains a wealth of geological information, including the unique geological landscape of Xiaoyeliu and the formation and evolution of the Coastal Mountain Range. Visitors can first gain a preliminary understanding of the rock area through a small model of Xiaoyeliu before visiting Xiaoyeliu for a more in-depth experience.

Xiao Yeliu Visitor Center Introduction

Entering the Fugang Geopark (Xiao Yeliu), the first thing that catches the eye is a visitor center with a sloped roof design. The geological exhibition hall inside the visitor center introduces the unique geological features of Fugang Geopark (Xiao Yeliu) and the formation and evolution of the Coastal Mountain Range through vivid geological models, ecological models of hermit crabs, and community tours of Fugang Harbor. Before visiting Fugang Geopark (Xiao Yeliu), it is advisable to gain a preliminary understanding here before going to the park for practical verification.

Transportation Methods：Northbound: Take the bus from Taitung Railway Station to Chenggong, Jingpu, or the coastal service bus from Dongshan or Hualien, and get off at Fugang Geopark (Xiao Ye Liu) Station. Southbound: Take the coastal service bus from Hualien Railway Station to Taitung, and get off at Fugang Geopark (Xiao Ye Liu) Station.
