Qingliang Eco-Farm Introduction
Qingliang Ecological Farm is located in Shangde Village, Donghe Township, Taitung County, known as the hometown of sapphire, a place blessed with natural advantages suitable for organic farming. The farm is dedicated to the development of organic agriculture, respecting nature by not using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, growing organic vegetables and fruits in a healthy manner. The main crops include plums, loquats, and bitter tea. Featured products: organic Q plums, sesame oil with ginger, organic bitter tea oil, and organic plums. The signature dish "Sesame Oil with Ginger" was selected as one of the Top Ten Travel Souvenirs and Specialty Foods in Taitung County in 2012. Sesame Oil with Ginger: The origins of the dish lie in the notion that the relationship between newlyweds can be as perfectly matched as fried ginger and sesame oil. The flavor harmony is unique, just as the union of the couple brings vibrant variety to their lives.
